WMU and Thomas M. Cooley Law School
Recognizing the close association between the law and public administration, Western Michigan University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School have formed a partnership to offer the Joint Juris Doctor / Master of Public Administration degree. This program permits students to acquire the knowledge of both disciplines and expedite completion of the requirements for both the MPA degree and the JD degree by allowing participating students to transfer six semester hours of credit from one degree program to the other, resulting in a total course reduction of twelve semester hours when both degrees are completed.
